Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Viritas. Email: shop@flyt-tech.com.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. Your card details go straight to our payment partner; we never see your full card number. The shop uses only cookies it needs to work (your chosen currency).

Why, and on what legal basis

To deliver your order and handle returns and complaints (performing our contract with you); to keep accounting records as the law requires (a legal obligation: Swedish bookkeeping law requires 7 years); and to prevent fraud (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Our payment partner (payments), our supplier and the carrier (your name, address and phone, to deliver the order), and the companies that host the shop. Some of them are outside the EU; transfers are made under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records for 7 years; everything else only as long as needed for the order.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and take it with you, by emailing shop@flyt-tech.com. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.
