Where we ship
We ship to all EU member states and the United States. You enter your delivery address when you pay.
Cost: by box
Everything you order ships together in one box of up to 20 items. The box size follows the number of items, and each size has one shipping fee. A bigger order ships in more boxes (full XXL boxes, then one box for the rest), and you pay each box's shipping:

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 7–20 business days of your payment. We email you the tracking number once your order ships.
Import charges
Orders are shipped from China. If your order enters your country's customs area on its way to you, your country may charge import VAT, customs duties or a carrier's handling fee on delivery. These aren't included in the price, and the carrier collects them from you.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email shop@flyt-tech.com with your order number. We send a new one or refund you.
