Terms of sale

1. Who sells to you

The seller is Viritas. Email: shop@flyt-tech.com.

2. The products

Flyt-Shop sells cosmetic skincare products (serums, creams and masks, and beauty devices for use with them) for external use on the skin, and pocket watches. The skincare products are not medicines and are not meant to prevent, treat or cure any disease; each one's product page lists its ingredients.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Your products ship together in one box of up to 20 items (a bigger order in more boxes), and shipping is charged per box by the number of items (see Shipping); your box shows the shipping and the total before you pay. You pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) when you order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see your full card number.

If your order is shipped from outside your country's customs area, your country may charge import VAT, customs duties or a carrier's handling fee on delivery. These are not included in the price (see Shipping).

4. Your order

The contract is made when your payment is accepted. We confirm the order on screen, and you get a receipt by email. If we can't deliver a product, we tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We ship to all EU member states and the United States. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. See Shipping.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See Returns and refunds, including the exception for sealed products you have opened.

7. Faulty or wrong products

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at shop@flyt-tech.com. If we can't agree, a consumer in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se); consumers elsewhere can use their own country's consumer bodies and courts.

9. Law

Swedish law applies. This never takes away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
